What are the requirements for applying for a loan?
To be able to apply for a loan at TunaiKita, you are required to fulfill the following requirements:
1. Indonesian citizen
2. Minimum age 21 years and maximum 55 years
3. Have KTP on their own behalf that is still valid
4. Have BCA, BNI, Mandiri, BRI, Permata, Danamon, or Mega bank accounts on personal behalf

Will my loan application in TunaiKita go through the "BI Checking" process?
According to the OJK Official Announcement No. PENG-1/PB.12/2017 on the Implementation of The Financial
Information Service System (SLIK), BI Checking is rendered unavailable starting 1 January 2018 and SLIK
will be effective replacing BI Checking going forward.
Under Arranger arrangement as governed by POJK77, TunaiKita works as a tech platform which facilitates
both Borrowers and Lenders. We’re working with banks and other financial institutions as the Lenders to
bring access to credit for the borrowers.
As part of compliance and risk mitigation process, SLIK checking (not BI Checking) might be required to
verify your loan submission. Combined with TunaiKita’s cutting edge technology in loan underwriting,
TunaiKita and the Lenders are hoping to bring Responsible Credit Good Living a reality for you.
How do I increase my loan limit at TunaiKita?
Loan limit s determined by our Lending Robot based on the data that you put in the TunaiKita apps. However, you can use the Data Boost feature which is useful for adding your limit credit. The more complete you fill in the Data Boost (Like E-commerce and OTA), the more likely the credit score is to increase your limit.
To use the Data Boost feature, please click the 'Boost Your Credit Score' button at the bottom of the Home page.
How to get my loan application approved?
Before applying for a loan at TunaiKita, please make sure to complete your data properly.
The more complete the data and documents you send, the more likely you are to get approval.

How do I apply for a loan from TunaiKita? And how long does it take to process?
Install TunaiKita apps on your smartphone from Google Play Store / App Store. Once installed, register your TunaiKita account and complete the user's profile to be able to apply for a loan at TunaiKita. You can choose a variety of nominal and tenors along with the products offered to you through the 'Home' menu from TunaiKita apps. Click on the offer you want to select and commence your loan application process by following the instructions.
The whole process from registration until loan application submission should take no longer than 15 minutes. However, we are aware that some users do not have all of the required documents with them. It would be better to prepare all mandatory documents beforehand in order to speed up your application process.
Can I apply for a loan via the TunaiKita website or through another place (non-online)?
The only way to apply for a loan with us is through TunaiKita mobile application. You must sign up for a TunaiKita account and complete your user profile to obtain your credit score before you can submit your loan application. TunaiKita does not permit any non-app based user registration or loan applications.
I was asked to re-upload my document. Why do I have to do that?
You are asked to re-upload the document because the document cannot be read clearly by our system. Please re-upload the data clearly through the TunaiKita apps.
Can I upload photos via gallery / e-mail?
You are required to upload the document requested in TunaiKita apps by taking a photo directly through the TunaiKita apps, cannot be via email or upload via your phone gallery.
What bank accounts can I use to receive the funds for my approved loan? Can I use someone else’s bank
account to receive the funds?
We currently support 7 Indonesian banks, namely BCA, Mandiri, BNI, BRI, Danamon, Permata Bank and Bank Mega. You will not be able to complete your loan application if you do not have a bank account with any of these banks.
Note that you should only use bank accounts under your own name to receive the funds from your approved loans. Our lending robot also checks to ensure that the name on your bank account matches with your name on your KTP and NPWP. We reserve the right to reject loan applications or cancel loan acceptances when the names do not match.
My bank account has been registered in the TunaiKita application, what should I do?
If it is noted that the bank account has been registered, this is because the bank is already registered with another TunaiKita account. If indeed you have another TunaiKita account or you know another TunaiKita account use that bank account number, please delete it first through the "Manage Bank Account" menu so that later you can add the bank account to your TunaiKita account.
My bank account was declared invalid in the TunaiKita application, what should I do?
Invalid bank account information can occur if the name entered during the registration process does not match the name in the bank account or the bank account is not available.
To prevent this, please register using a valid bank account and the name in your bank account must be the same as the name on the KTP.
Where is the process of submitting my loan in TunaiKita? How long is the loan application process?
Your loan application’s status can be seen in TunaiKita’s app by tapping on ‘Application Status’ on the Home screen when your loan application has been submitted and pending outcome.
You can also access your loan details by selecting the "Loans" section at the bottom of the menu. There are 4 types of status: ‘Review’, ‘On Hold’ (Additional Documents needed/Waiting Counter Offer confirmation/Waiting for eSign), ‘Outcome’ (Approved/Rejected/Cancelled) and ‘Disbursement’ (if your loan application is approved).
Last but not least, you can also access our in-app chat feature to contact our Customer Support team who will be able to take care of your queries.
Can I cancel my loan application after I have submitted it?
You will be able to cancel your loan application as long as it has not been approved by our lending robot. Kindly contact our Customer Support directly through in-app chat or by phone to 1500-782 or email to email@example.com to submit your loan cancellation request.
Why was my loan application rejected?
All loan applications need to comply with OJK’s POJK/77 requirements, such as borrowers’ age needing to be between 21 to 55 years old and be in possession of a valid KTP and NPWP. Our lending robot also uses your device and online data to evaluate your creditworthiness as part of its underwriting process.
There can also be many other reasons why your loan application has been rejected:
Submitted documents are incorrect, fraudulent, incomplete or unclear and not rectified after multiple attempts or no-response after 72 hours of our request.
KTP Number (NIK) has bees registered previously in our system.
You live outside of our current service areas.
Your borrower profile is determined to be too risky for your requested loan amount and tenure to be approved
Your repayment track record with us is poor; i.e. regular overdue and delinquent repayments
We urge all users to take our in-app instructions and SMS updates seriously and provide us with your most up-to-date information and documents to avoid unnecessary delays to the processing of your loan application.
Am I able to reapply for another loan after my application has been rejected?
If your loan application has been rejected, you will be able to re-apply for a new loan 2x24 hours since the last submission was rejected.
My loan application has been approved, but i receive notification that the disbursement was failed. What's
There is some reason that disbursement was failed; Your bank account is invalid, or there's a mismatch between your name in the app and your beneficiary bank name.
My loan application has been approved but I have not received the money in my bank account. What’s going on?
It is possible to experience slight delays in receiving the funds from your approved loan. TunaiKita relies on third-party payment providers to disburse money to you. Please contact our Customer Support if you still have not received your funds within 24 hours after your loan is approved.
Do I have to do E-Sign when applying for a loan at TunaiKita?
Yes, you are required to complete the E-Sign process as one of the mandatory processes when applying for a loan at TunaiKita.
